What is Plaventi, exactly?

Plaventi is the home for hosting experiences: one place to plan, share, run, and remember anything you bring people together for. From a four-week pottery cohort to a supper club to a sailing day, it carries the whole production: the plan, the guest page, payments, the day itself, and the recap.

Who is it for?

Hosts of every kind: supper clubs, workshop teachers, sailing crews, listening nights, retreats, creator gatherings, and the businesses built on top of them. If you gather people and want it to feel effortless and look beautiful, it's for you.

Do my guests need an account or an app?

No. Guests get a single link to RSVP, pay if needed, and ask questions. No download, no login wall. It just works.

Is there a fee per ticket?

A booking fee applies to paid tickets only: 3% + $0.50 on Solo, 1.5% + $0.50 on Season, and 0% + $0.50 on Studio, plus standard card processing through Stripe. Free RSVPs have no fee, and your monthly plan is flat.

How does the AI co-host work?

It uses the experience details you add to answer guest questions in a warm, concise voice. If the answer is not clearly in those details, it escalates to the host instead of guessing. Host-side draft replies stay review-before-send.

How does the 14-day trial work?

Building is free, with no card. When you publish, every plan starts with a 14-day free trial: you add a card then, and you can cancel from Billing anytime before it ends.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Choose monthly or annual billing, then cancel from Billing whenever you need to. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods can guests use?

Paid tickets redirect to Stripe Checkout, which supports the payment methods Stripe makes available for that checkout, such as major cards and eligible wallet payments. Guests never need a Plaventi account to pay.
