You’ll explore how West Berlin’s unique political isolation created space for experimentation, sexual freedom, and alternative lifestyles during the Cold War. Learn how underground fetish, BDSM, and sex-positive communities emerged in West Berlin, and how these scenes developed their own codes, spaces, and networks. We then look at how this culture expanded rapidly after the fall of the Berlin Wall, shaping the openly kinky, boundary-pushing nightlife Berlin is known for today. This first stop provides the historical and cultural foundation for understanding Berlin’s contemporary fetish and sex-positive scene. 10 min

We also talk openly about consent culture, social rules, and the unspoken norms that shape the experience inside.
