Join us for an unforgettable adventure starting right at your hotel or meeting point. Our comfortable vans will whisk you away to our park in the heart of Puerto Morelos. Depending on the option selected, your adventure may include a mesmerizing horseback ride through some of the region's most breathtaking landscapes. Our well-cared-for horses will guide you through this unforgettable experience. Next, rev up your adrenaline as you hop on an ATV and embark on an exhilarating journey through rugged jungle trails. Whether you choose to ride solo or share the excitement with your family or friends, prepare for an adventure like no other. Then, prepare to soar high above the treetops on our ziplines. Feel the thrill as you glide above the jungle canopy and admire spectacular views of the lush surroundings. Finally, cool off and unwind with a refreshing dip in the pristine waters of a Mayan cenote, where fun and relaxation await. Wrap up your day with a delicious snack and purified water, then we will drop you off at your hotel or meeting point. Please note: Horseback riding is only included when selecting the corresponding package option at the time of booking.

Before you go

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.
- Maximum weight 220 pounds for horseback riding, 300 pounds for ATV´s and 270 pounds for ziplines
- It is recommended to bring a change of clothes, towel, closed shoes, bathing suit, biodegradable sunscreen and repellent, sunglasses and bandana.
- In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation must be edited with the correct zone (different cost) through the booking engine.
- In case someone offer you an upgrade plus before your travel date please contact customer care department.
- ATV Insurance
- For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.
- Once you book your tour, you will receive a digital confirmation ticket. It is important you show this confirmation the day of your tour. Please bring your booking reservation and your ID. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off. Remember that you can only drive an ATV if you are over 18 years old and above. If you are not coming in pairs please reserve 2 bookings, one for 2 people in double service and 1 for 1 person in single service, if you book 1 double service for 3 people or odd group you will be asked to pay a difference when boarding only for one person who will have to go in simple service. Remember that the weight limit is 300 pounds for ATVS, 270 pounds for ziplines and 220 pounds for horseback. If you exceed this limit you won't be able to enter to the activity.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting & pickup
If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick-up time. This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 8:00 to 8:30 am, TULUM ZOME between 7:00 to 8:00 am. We will be arriving to the park at 9:30 am. The second is for a noon tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 12:00 to 12:30 Pm, TULUM ZOME between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be arriving to the park at 1:30 pm. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. For Tulum hotels and airbnbs the special meeting point will be Super Aki Tulum Supermarket at downtown. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off.
