Total activity lasts ~3 to 3.5 hours on average, depending on your pace and breaks. Your Tour, Your Way: Customize your route, change the order of places, or skip stops to fit your schedule. Use the ticket number as your Booking Reference. Timing: Your code becomes active 24 hours before your selected booking date. You will not be able to log in earlier than this. Customize Your Walk: Once logged in, you can choose your own start and end points and customize your route based on your location. Cancellation policy

Meeting & pickup
Open your booking confirmation email and tap “Get Ticket”, read carefully the ticket details. Download World City Trail app, select create at the first page, use your booking reference (found in your ticket) and select your starting location.
