Mount Irvine Bay has one of the island’s most popular beaches for surfing, from December to March. Mount Irvine beach is also a great spot for snorkeling to enjoy Tobago’s beautiful marine life. Mount Irvine beach actually has two sides, one owned by the Mt. Irvine Bay Hotel but both beach stretches are open to the public. The beach also offers small huts for shade, tables and seating, life-guards, and a restaurant music and bar for those taking a break from the warm sun. Those visiting Mount Irvine beach have referred to it as “child friendly,” a “wonderful safe place to enjoy the ocean with family and friends,” and that “the locals and the evening bonfires light this beach up.” Be sure to bring your sunscreen as the Tobago sun can be very hot. This tour includes a professional, licensed guide and an air-conditioned vehicle.
