- 1Barrio La Candelariadeclared National Monument in 1963, is formed by the intersection of the neighborhoods of “La Cathedral,” “Egipto” and “La Concordia.” The area preserves the buildings built in the 16th century, and its steep, stone-paved, streets all have names dating to the colonial era. 30 min
