What to expect
Experience Guatapé like never before — a full-day private culinary escape on the lake, guided by a personal chef and host. Start your day with private round-trip transportation from Medellín or the airport in a comfortable SUV. Once in Guatapé, enjoy a guided walking tour through its colorful streets, iconic zócalos, Memory Street, and the charming Umbrella Street, with time for coffee and local sweets. Then, board a private pontoon boat and enjoy a traditional Colombian cocktail, made with local fruits and a splash of aguardiente — the beginning of your culinary journey. As we cruise through Guatapé’s stunning reservoir, you'll enjoy a gourmet Colombian tasting menu prepared live by your private chef. Each dish is crafted with regional ingredients and brings to life the rich flavors of Colombia. While lunch is being prepared, feel free to relax or explore the calm waters with a paddleboard — it's all part of the experience. The journey ends at Acua Chalet, our lakeside retreat facing La Piedra del Peñol, where you’ll enjoy a traditional dessert and a cup of locally roasted coffee before returning to your hotel or Airbnb with unforgettable memories.

1st-course
We’ll welcome you with our signature cocktail a mimosa made with fresh local fruits, a sparkling touch of champagne, and samples of exotic fruits.
-2nd-course
Arepa de choclo, made from pure corn and crafted with care. Grilled on the barbecue, topped with butter, sea salt, and irresistible fresh cheese.
-3th-course
Picada de la Santísima Trinidad' features Paisa and Colombian chorizos, crispy and tender, served with Creole Picadillos and hand made arepas de mote
-4th course
Baby back ribs smoked for 12 hours, paired with our acclaimed BBQ-tamarind sauce. Enjoy with BBQ-roasted baby potatoes and a touch of sea salt.
Colombian desert
Celebrate Colombia with our crispy, round obleas! Enjoy them with dulce de leche or local blackberries or passion fruit in syrup

Meeting & pickup
We offer pick-up from any hotel, Airbnb, or hostel in the Poblado area of Medellín. If you have a different location in mind, we can easily coordinate it in advance
