Along the way, visitors get to know each of the stages of the coffee process, from planting and caring for coffee plants, manual harvesting of ripe beans, to pulping, drying processes. Along the way, visitors will be able to interact directly with coffee farmers, discover secrets of coffee culture and live in first person what it means to be part of a tradition that has marked the identity of the region. The experience ends with a guided tasting, in which you taste different cup profiles and learn to recognize aromas, flavors and unique characteristics of the specialty coffee.
