Upon arrival, we open with an introduction to this immersive creative wellness retreat. Led by professional vocalist and producer Nancla, you’ll begin with guided body awareness, breathwork and voice activation designed to regulate the nervous system and release stress. You’ll then enter a creative art therapy space facilitated by licensed psychologists from Lienzotú, where you can freely explore, reflect, move, pause, or connect with nature. After a group sharing and integration dialogue, we close with a scenic performance ritual combining voice, sound and creative expression. We then return together to Medellín, feeling grounded, clear and renewed.
