Your guide will walk you through the Visitor Center, roll-call square, museum, restored barracks and crematoria explaining the camp's origins and its role during the Nazi era. Along the way, you'll have time to reflect and ask questions in a respectful, unhurried setting. What to expect
- 1Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial SiteOur guide will meet you at the Little Lost Café near Munich Central Station and accompany you to the Memorial Site in Dachau. At the Memorial Site you will get the history and origins of the former concentration camp including the roll-call square, restored barracks, and the museum housed in the former maintenance building. We'll walk the same paths prisoners once walked, visit the crematorium area, and pause at the International Memorial for reflection. Throughout, our guide provides historical context and first-hand accounts to help you understand this site's significance. 3 hrs
