4 Hour 7-speed Bike Rental to Explore Nashville
About
This bike rental is designed for riders who want more than a simple pickup-and-go experience. Starting directly from Shelby Park means you’re immediately on the Shelby Bottoms Greenway — no busy roads or complicated navigation to get started.
Unlike standard rentals, we provide local insight and GPS map directions so you know where to ride for the best scenery, safest routes, and most interesting stops. Whether you choose a relaxed riverfront ride, a longer challenge on the Stones River Greenway, or a neighborhood cruise through East Nashville, you’ll have clear guidance from a local host.
What to expect
You’ll ride a comfortable 7-speed Giant Cypress bike starting from Marathon Village, with direct access to the Shelby Bottoms Greenway along the Cumberland River. This scenic, mostly flat trail is ideal for a relaxed ride and offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy river views, wildlife, and shaded paths. From Shelby Bottoms, you can continue onto the more challenging Stones River Greenway for longer mileage and varied terrain, or head into East Nashville to explore vibrant neighborhoods known for local shops, murals, coffee spots, and restaurants. With multiple route options, you can tailor your ride to be easygoing or more adventurous. Your bike rental includes a lock, water bottle holder, cell phone mount, and GPS map directions provided by your host, making it easy to ride confidently and navigate the area without guesswork. This rental gives you the freedom to explore Nashville at your own pace, combining greenway riding with neighborhood exploration. It’s a great option for travelers who want an active outdoor experience, scenic riverfront trails, and easy access to East Nashville’s local food and shopping scene — all without dealing with traffic or parking.
